The story of Beauty and the Beast is well known by all of us Disney fans and the Darling & Edge is spicing it up with a twist on the fairy tale with an immersive dining experience.
Watch the Beauty and the Feast night unfold…
You are cordially invited to an evening at the castle for a feast with the Fairy Godmother, helpers, Belle and the Beast.
Tucked away in the subterranean vaults beneath Waterloo station, you will make your way through a creepy forest before reaching the quirky interior of the castle.
Starting the night off with some quirky themed cocktails! I suggest trying the Fairy Liquid Dishwater, a gin-based cocktail with a touch of lavender. Grab a seat and wait for the theatrical feast to start.
The Fairy Godmother will need your help through the night to break the spell of Belle and the Beast throughout the night. She’ll lead you into a grand old French chateau, ceilings covered in chandeliers, velvet are draped from the ceiling and long banquet tables.
Prepare yourself for a gluttonous banquet, they’ve brilliantly catered for all types of allergies and food intolerances. Enjoying oozing whole spiced pumpkins, venison sausages, blue cheese cheesecake (was incredible!) and forest of meringue mushrooms with spiced ginger jelly served in teacups and coconut ice cream.
Fingers crossed at the end of the evening you’ve succeeded in breaking the curse and the feast will unravel into a late-night party.
NOTE: Beauty and the Feast runs from 6th October – 14th January 2018 at The Vaults. Tickets cost are from £45 and can be purchased HERE.
